Order Delivery Across Saudi Arabia
Jossen delivers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via trusted courier partners. We ensure fast, reliable service with real-time tracking for all shipments. Deliveries are made daily between 10:00 AM and 12:00 midnight.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders above 200 SAR. Delivery times and applicable fees are as follows:

Location: Riyadh
Estimated Delivery Time: 24–48 working hours
Orders Below 200 SAR: 23 SAR
Orders Above 200 SAR: Free

Location: Rest of Saudi Arabia
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
Orders Below 200 SAR: 23 SAR
Orders Above 200 SAR: Free

 

Working Hours & Holiday Orders
Orders placed outside business hours (9:00 AM–6:00 PM), on Fridays, or during public holidays will be processed the next working day. Delays may occur during promotional events, mega sales, or national holidays.

Delivery Exceptions & Re-delivery Charges
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a re-delivery charge may apply. Please ensure someone is present at your address during the expected delivery window.

Delivery Timeline Disclaimer
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days from order confirmation, you may request a full refund. Jossen is not responsible for delays due to external factors such as weather conditions, national emergencies, or inaccessible delivery locations.

Changing Delivery Address
To update your delivery address, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. If your order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. Note: all address updates must remain within Saudi Arabia.
