Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Jossen, operated by Five Season Optical in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition as shipped.

  • It must include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

  • Prescription lenses or customized eyewear are non-returnable unless defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at customercare@fiveseasonoptical.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or prescription eyewear

  • Items purchased on sale or marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.


Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds are only processed if the returned item is received in its original condition, without damage, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

We will not issue refunds for items that are returned damaged, used, or not in the same condition as originally shipped.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
