<h2>Installment Payments</h2>
<p>Installment plans through Tabby, Tamara, or Postpay are available at checkout. Eligibility, approval, and repayment terms are governed by the respective provider. Jossen is not responsible for the approval or decline of any installment plan.</p>

<p>If you cancel or return an item purchased through one of these services, your refund will be processed according to that provider’s terms and may take up to 15 business days.</p>

<h2>Pricing</h2>
<p>Prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and exclude shipping, taxes, or customs duties. If an error in pricing occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust your order with notice. Refunds or differences will be processed accordingly.</p>

<h2>Promotions</h2>
<p>Promo codes are valid only per their terms, for one-time use, and cannot be combined with other offers. First-time users can get 10% off with the code <strong>NewHere</strong>, applicable only on full-price items.</p>

<h2>Warranties</h2>
<ul>
  <li><strong>Prescription Lenses:</strong> Exchangeable within 30 days with eye test card & invoice.</li>
  <li><strong>Progressive Lenses:</strong> Exchangeable within 60 days for single vision or reading lenses.</li>
  <li><strong>Frames:</strong> Covered for 1 year against material or manufacturing defects. Scratches and misuse are not covered.</li>
  <li><strong>Unbreakable Frames:</strong> If breakage occurs, damaged parts will be replaced. If unavailable, a replacement product of equal value will be provided (valid on select models only).</li>

<p>Orders placed outside working hours, Fridays, or public holidays are processed the next business day. If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.</p>

<h2>Returns & Exchanges</h2>
<p>We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are:</p>

  <li>Unused, in original condition, and with tags and packaging intact</li>
  <li>Not customized or discounted, unless defective</li>

<p>Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Damaged or used returns will not be refunded. Return shipping cost is covered only for defective or incorrect items.</p>

<h2>Refunds</h2>
<p>Refunds are issued after inspection and approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund. For installment or deferred payment services, refunds are subject to the provider’s terms.</p>

<h2>Damaged or Incorrect Items</h2>
<p>Report any defects or errors within 30 days. You’ll receive a full refund including applicable shipping fees. Warranty replacement may apply for manufacturing defects.</p>

<h2>Cancellation</h2>
